ITALY ONLY 🇮🇹 - CASH ON DELIVERY

ONLY in Italy there is the possibility to place an order choosing COD (Cash On Delivery) Payment Method: in this case, our customers are able to pay directly to the courier upon order delivery with cash. The payment is handled by our logistics partner and has a management fee of €10,00 per order. This fee is non-refundable.

RETURNS

In order to start the return procedure, please send an email to customer@history541.com with the subject: RETURN - Order #XXXXX. 

ITALY 🇮🇹

To request a return of an item purchased on history541.shop you will have to return it within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

To request a return of an item purchased on history541.shop you will have to return it within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Please note: customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

A validity label will be applied to the purchased product/s.

The validity label must be attached and intact to accept the return of product.

The options for returning the goods are as follows:

From home or alternative address:

Contact our customer service by phone or email to organize the collection of the goods by courier within 24/48h.

The goods must be intact, returned in their original packaging and placed in a shipping box.

History541 does not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

When the right of return shall forfeit:

1) The total or partial use of the good;
2) The lack of the original packaging;
3) The lack of products’ basic elements;
4) The damage of the product for causes different from transportation.
5) Lack/wear of validity label

If you're ordering outside of the EU, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. History541 has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
